Our Story
Founded in 1998 by a small group of neighbors who believed a community could do more together than apart, Faith & Hope has grown from a single room to a full-service hub serving thousands of families every year.
We don't ask what faith you hold or where you've been. We ask: what do you need, and how can we walk alongside you?
